Three years’ warranty for super-modern LED Line® E27 lamp with CSP (chip scale package) LEDs.
As a manufacturer of LED Line® we assure our customers of exceptionally high product quality for LED Line® E27 CSP lamps. As such, we have extended our warranty period from two to three years!
LED Line® was the first brand in Poland to switch into and use SAMSUNG CSP (chip scale package) technology. For the manufacture of new LED Line® CERAMIC lamps we have used CSP LM102A components.
Compared to the standard and typical SMD diodes, the new LED CSP diodes are up to four times smaller. The high level of thermal conductivity allows CSP LEDs to work at higher current densities, providing higher lumen output in excess of 100lm/W. The advanced CSP technology also enables low thermal resistance. The CSP LEDs are assembled directly on the ceramic radiator which improves heat dissipation and ensures reliability for many years.
Unlike standard SMD LEDs, the yellow phosphor coating is applied not only to the top but also to the sides of the LED chip structure to maximise light extraction. This widen the beam angle to 140°. CSP LEDs are inherently five-sided light emitters with no package covering the sides of the devices. This feature increases the value of CBCP (Centre Beam Candle Power).
Thanks to the new substrate in the lower part of the body of the lamp, the CSP LED does not require separate housing or wired micro-connections in comparison with standard SMD technology.
